The platform consists of the TMS320C64x™ and TMS320C62x™ fixed-point generations as well as the MS320C67x™ floating-point generation. Optimal for designers working on targeted broadband infrastructure, performance audio, video and imaging applications, the C6000 DSP platform's performance ranges from 1200 to 8000 MIPS for fixed-point and 600 to 1350 MFLOPS for floating point.
